This course contributes to equipping trainees with the necessary training skills for proficient performance and how to apply these skills efficiently and effectively. The focus will be on training with modern strategies, evaluating trainees, and effective planning. Through this course, trainees will be able to develop their skills and achieve outstanding results in proficient performance.

General Objective of the Course:

To acquire skills in proficient performance and apply them efficiently and effectively.

Detailed Objectives of the Course:

By the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:

  • Understand methods of excellence in performance.

  • Recognize the characteristics of distinguished individuals.

  • Acquire and efficiently apply performance skills.

  • Implement methods of proficiency according to age groups.

  • Develop skills in performance evaluation, motivation, and innovation of new methods.

Dr. Abdulrahman Bin Mut'eb Al-Shatwi

  • Researcher and Consultant in Leadership and Strategic Management.

  • Distinguished in leading consultative work teams and joint higher committees.

  • Has been involved in non-profit and civil work since 1414 AH (1994), holding administrative and leadership roles, and later moving into training, consultancy, and research.

  • Has previously chaired three boards of directors and served as CEO for three companies.

  • Since 2000, he has led 64 consulting projects focused on leader development.

  • He has also served as a consultant on 52 projects aimed at preparing future leaders.

  • Participated in 108 conferences on leadership, management, and civil work.

  • Presented 18 scientific research papers at these conferences.

  • Served as a peer reviewer and discussant for research and scientific papers on leadership and management.

  • Recipient of three Arab awards.

  • Dr. Al-Shatwi has been honored at numerous official and academic events at both national and international levels.
